First you must become a member
Step 1: Determine the Size and Medium you wish to use for your prints.
Step 2: Fill out our Online Order Form. If you have a digital file and you have access to a high-speed internet connection you can Upload Files Now to our FTP Site. Or if you would rather fill out our Printable Form and send it with your order.
Step 3: Send us your original art, photographic prints, transparency film, or digital files on CD or DVD with your printed form.
Step 4: Upon receipt of your order, we will print a set of proofs and send them to you for your approval within 7 days. After signing your proof and indicating any necessary changes on the Proof, use the enclosed envelope with return postage and send to Giclée Lab.
Final Prints: Most jobs can be printed within a few days after we receive the final proofs. Express delivery, rush jobs, and expedited service are available and will be billed at a premium.
Insurance: Insure your work as necessary, return insurance and shipping will be billed at cost. Irreplaceable items should be sent via FedEx or certified mail.
